Russian Military shows wreckage of US missiles intercepted in Syria

If you recall, the secretary of Defense Mattis claimed that every single missile hit its intended target and none were intercepted. That was a lie, as you can see below from the articles (with many pictures showing the debris). Now it is time for all the western media coolaid-drinking posters on this forum to eat crow. Soon, they will also be eating crow about the attempted Saudi coup. Not yet tho! Soon!

Colonel-General Rudskoy added that according to the updated data only 22 missile hits on targets in Syria can be confirmed. According to the updated data provided by Rudskoy:

• only 22 missiles hit targets in Syria;
• 46 missiles were intercepted by Syrian air defense systems covering the capital of Syria and Duvali, Dumayr, Blai, and Mazzeh nearby airfields;
• a part of the missiles failed to reach their targets by different, apparently technical, reasons.

The Pentagon’s version of the missile attack:

• 76 missiles hit “Barzah Research and Development Center”
• 22 missiles hit “Him Shinshar Chemical Weapons Storage Site”
• 7 missiles hit “Him Shinshar CW Bunker”

Colonel-General Rudskoy further added that no of the attacked objects had been used by the Assad government to develop or to store chemical weapons.

The chief of the Russian General Staff’s main operations directorate added that Russia will supply the Syrian military with more air-defense systems and will continue to train Syrian air defense troops.

“Russian specialists will continue training Syrian military personnel, and will assist in mastering new air defense systems, which will be supplied in the near future,” Rudskoy said.

Without any hard evidence its difficult to say who's telling the truth, however, on the video I watched of the attack it was plainly visible that inbound missiles were being intercepted by the explosions aloft so we know for certain that not all of them reached their targets.

There's the problem of provenance that's not addressed. Scour for parts, bring back the pieces and "WE SHOT THEM DOWN", no doubt with 99% certainty.

No there's no evidence it is real. You can not point to a single identifiable thing in any of the pictures that prove it's American/British/French missiles. No markings, no serial numbers. Not even close up clear pictures. There's nothing to prove this is anything but an attempt at propaganda. Not like the Russians would ever do that amiright?

I saw the Iraqis firing wildly into the air and claiming they shot down tons of American aircraft. I saw a man stand on the roof denying the Americans were anywhere near Baghdad while there were literally U.S. tanks over his fucking shoulder.

For me it's a clear case of "he said - she said".

We're never really going to know the actual scorecard on hits as all sides have an agenda to minimize/maximize the effects of an attack that was designed to effect a political outcome way more than an actual military one.

We (USA) have the ability to roll into and over Syria the same way we overran Iraq with the same sad very costly outcome if it ever came down to some perceived/faked existential threat to us. Point being, we have an awesomely razor sharp honed military that if unleashed on its own abilities and cognizance with a citizenry that is willing to unquestionably back it up there's nothing it can't accomplish within the parameters of the mission it is tasked with. However, it's not an existential threat that we face in the Middle East.

What we do have over there is a bonafide clusterfuck of political agendas and a president of ours that fits right in with the whole insane scenario. It's why we spend millions of $$$ worth of cruise missiles on an empty airfield and why we send in another multi-million $$$ barrage that accomplishes absolutely nothing.....again.
