I'm not a resident of that crappy state so I don't have a dog in the fight, but I'd like to propose an action for those who are legal residents and disagree with this. I'm willing to bet that there is no such leniency for unlicensed American drivers - no hablo Espanol? Your car will still get towed. So your course is clear. Simply cancel your license and continue to drive. When you get pulled over and your car invariably gets impounded due to driving while american, lawyer up and take it to court.

The problem moonbeam, is that it all started off as a simple problem, with a clearly defined and easy solution. No one listened, no one did anything about it, and we got mad. Now not only are people not doing anything to stop the illegal immigration, they're encouraging it by making it easier and reducing penalties. Now it's starting to make people more upset, it's a compounded effect. You can't just look at it piecemeal, you have to look at the whole problem.

Really though, If I do get hit by an Illegal there is nothing I can do. I end up paying all the medical bills myself and I get nothing. Worst part, the Illegal will probably not even be exported.

San Francisco chosen again as best U.S. city.San Francisco has done it again. For the 17th straight year, the City by the Bay was named best U.S. city to visit in the Readers' Choice Awards from Conde Nast Traveler magazine.

Best cities, hotels, resorts, airlines and more are selected based on a survey of 25,000 readers. Results are revealed in the November issue.

San Francisco edged out Charleston, S.C., for the top spot among U.S. cities. Other top cities include Ubud, Bali, for Asia; Vancouver, Canada, for the Americas; and Florence, Italy, for Europe

San Francisco, with a total of 84.8, scored higher than Bangkok (82.2), Hong Kong (81.3), Florence (84.6), Buenos Aires (81.9) and Vancouver (82.3).
