To get the most out of your system, I would suggest running the command line version of the Seti client as opposed to the GUI version. Look for i386-winnt-cmdline.exe about halfway down this page:
I have a PIII 700 (100MHz FSB) that takes about 8 to 8.5 hours to process a wu with the CLI client. That's running WIn2k Server which seems to process a bit faster than the CLI on Win9x OSes. We had a PIII 866 server in here with 512MB Rambus and it did pretty good with Seti, around 7 or 8 hours per wu, if I remember correctly.

Your rig should do good times of around 6.5hrs (with CLi v3.03) thanks to the 133MHz FSB & CAS2 RAM.
1 variable though ,what chipset does it use?
