Safe places to order XP-120 from.

Most of the 'well known' places like newegg, zipzoomfly, etc doesn't seem to have the Thermalright XP 120 in stock. My motherboard is set in a way that I can actually use this HS - I just can't seem to find it anywhere. I've seen a couple web pages that carry it - but I don't have a lot of experience with anyone other then NewEgg, and I'm fearful of ordering such a fragile product from places I don't know. Anyone know a good place that currently has this HS? The only places I could find are:

Now I don't mind the prices from the above places - though the third is a bit pricey - I just don't know how genuine these places are.

Do y'think the panaflo fans they recommend to go with it is enough of a fan for cooling? My case is loud enough(55-60 db or so) - and I'm looking
for cooling over quiet since I run data crunching programs a lot. I heard that some fan known as a delta(?) is good, though I don't know who
makes delta fans.

Panaflo's are the best; quiet and powerufl (the BEST noiseerformance ratio )

I'm getting the 120mm High output one, along with 4 80mm panaflo's for my case

Delta fans are INCREDIBLY loud, I've heard it's like a vacuum cleaner, literally.

PC Toys has a nice price on it right now 41.95. I've never bought anything from them before so I'm not sure how good they are.
