It's public decency, the public shouldn't be forced to look at these morons. You can't walk around nude. Right now I do get enjoyment with the fact that they will make less money than me, face more prison time by being a walking profile, and watching them trip over their untied shoes.

Riveria beach is about 10 miles north...the place is more or less a shit hole and getting worse everyday. Most of these saggy pants are totally hanging down with all their junk exposed...that is the issue.

Riveria Beach used to be a nice place, even if it was a bit run down...I feel bad for those stuck there trying to make the best of it.

This was also right by that lady and daugther that got gang raped by eight to nine 12 year old+ kids.
