That .20 is the Horizontal dot pitch, not the standard diagonal dot pitch that other companies use. It is basically just marketing hype, however, that .20 translates to something like .24 normal dot pitch, which is still exceptional!! I've heard that this monitor is very sharp with text.

If that KDS is the Avitron flat screen model, I've heard that it compares nicely to the Samsung, but some claim that it craps out after a short while, so there may be quality concerns with it. You can get the Avitron at Sam's Club for $199, but I think the Samsung is a much better deal...
