Samsung 753DF 17" flat monitor $137

Got mine Monday. It's really nice. Sure beats the hell outta my old 14" Goldstar. Well worth my money. My way old, way outdated Goldstar 1465

Got mine 2 days ago but connected with my PC yesterday. Looks impressive compared to 15" Trinitron. After setting "Optimized" refresh rate, even at 800x600, looks great. Afterall it is flat screen at ~$137.00

I just price match with staples, and I got the final price of $206.00 including shipping and haven't rebate yet.

Will they send me the rebate ticket with the monitor for me?

When you ordered, they should have given you a ten digit order number. Use that number on the order status page along with the zip code being delivered to. It should bring up your receipt.

Geez...after talking to 6 reps, someone was finally able to tell me what the hell is up with my order. Apparently, even though I ordered on the 28th, it took 3 days to approve, and finally was shipped on the 3rd. I guess it's still gonna be a few days. Is this the way Staples usually works? 9 days since ordered and STILL waiting.

Probably the last thing I order from Staples...still don't have a UPS shipping # either. This sux.:disgust::frown:

This is not the service I get from them. I ordered mine last week and expected it on the 8th. To my suprise, it came the following day, which was less than 24 hours after I ordered it. It may depend on your location, but it sounds like they also screwed up.

Finally...got the stopped but you weren't home yellow note on my door today. Said they wouldn't be back until Monday!! Aaaahhhhhh!

After talking to 2 reps at UPS, I got ahold of Amy--damn sweet girl--and she sent a message to my delivery driver to swing back by...he couldn't, so she told me exactly when the driver would return to the warehouse, gave me directions, and told me she would still be in the office and would let me come down and get it. She was also able to pull up the tracking number that Staples still hasn't gotten to me (after 4 days). Thank goodness there are still some people in this world that know what Customer Service is all about. By 9:00 tonite, I should finally have my monitor!

I finally got my hands on it, and WOW! This really is a great monitor and a 1000% increase from the old HP that I had been using. Seems almost like a miracle that a monitor can be this nice for the price!

Yes this deal is still very much alive. Current Onvia price for this monitor is 190.21. I added in a $10 cd case and used my $40 off $200 coupon. Total with tax was 172.23.
I called up and the guy knew that I was pricematching the Onvia deal. They matched the price, took my coupon and gave me delivery dates. I think my fiancee will really like this monitor. Now if only I could replace my 21" monitor with a flat one without bankrupting us.

I am getting a radeon which has TONS of resolutions you can set and I was wondering what the highest rezy you'll have been getting out of this thing with no flickering. also what rezy have u been running to make text actually big enough to read?

I have a question
First i want to thank everyone for all these awesome deals. I am new to the whole pricematching thing, You are telling stples to pricematch with Onvia at 196 or whatever the price is. Since Onvia has free shipping that is the final price that staples matches, then you get free shipping from staples. Correct me if that is not the way it is done. If it is correct, then would it be cheaper to pricematch with EMS computing? They are selling the 753DF for 167 plus 26.97( that is for shipping to me, not sure if thats what it si for everyone.) for shipping=193.97

So even with the shipping it is a few bucks cheaper then onvia, so would this be cheaper?

No, because when you pricematch with another company, staples applys there shipping rates. So staples would charge you $26 to ship it.
