I wish retailers would simply partition around 10% of all item prices as tax and include it in advertisements. One simple rounded off price for every state without mentioning or adding tax when you checkout.

I don't want to avoid taxes but having it added onto the final total feels like nickel and diming. Its the psychological aspect behind it like having to tip waiters or if gratuities were built into the menu prices.

I can confirm that I picked up the 830 128GB model when it was on sale several months ago. I have certainly become a believer in SSDs since then. I use it as a boot drive with a striped volume as an application drive and a 2TB drive as an archive drive.

I would have snagged a 256gb if they offered, i did buy another 128gb because was cheap at $117. Gotta stay away from that 120gb and 250gb module, not a fan of the read/writes IOPS
