Samsung 900NF vs 1200NF - Is the Extra $400 Worth It?

I am considering a Samsung monitor. I have two questions with which I need help. I have read a lot on these boards about the Samsung 900NF. I am considering that and the Samsung 1200NF. Is the 1200NF as highly regarded as the 900NF? Also, for those that have used both a 19" monitor and a 22" monitor, do you think that $400 more for a 22" is worth it? I can attest to the improved difference of going from a 15" to a 17". The 19" models I have seen on people's desk certainly look better than my 17". But, I do not have the experience with the larger screens. The 22" does not SEEM all that much bigger than a 19". Sorry if I ramble but, I want to make sure I am not wasting my money. Thanks. AZ

The price premium from 19" to 21"/22" is still not worth it, IMHO.

I agree with Biggs. The extra $400 would not be worth it, in my opinion. Even big-time graphics animation or editing wouldn't need the size of a 21"/22" screen. Heck, I do it on my 17" KDS!

It only matters if 2 years down the road you decide that you wanted that 22" after all...

I sold my LG995e 19" for a 1200NF that shows up today. I'll let you know if it was worth it tomorrow. You know it will be.
