Junk monitor . bad quality. Qa was on vacation. maid in mexico. I really happy I could return it to staples. Or it was hard
to return it. spent like 4 hours on the phone with there CSR's and managers. To get that junk removed.

Great monitor, I have one already and ordred another for dual on monday, today (sunday) thats almost ONE week i get this e-mail from EMS

Pretty sure they did this becuase they uped there price bak to 280$ and didn;t want to ship out anymore 186$ monitors.

This really angers me and I've already posted my review of these guys to about 3 reseller ratings web sites.
Has anyone actually received this monitor from EMS?

I received mine 955df on monday and I'm wondering how the heck do I adjust the brightness and contrast? Might sound stupid and maybe I'm totally overlooking things, but I don't see any adjustment knobs nor do I see an area to udjust it in the OSD.

The four arrow buttons in the front of the comp adjust the contrast/brightness. The 2 vertical ones adjust brightness, while horizontal adjust contrast. Hope that helps.

These are THE best monitors for under $200, no question. When there's a $50 rebate on these things thats even more ridiculous. Ive bought 4 of them now and have had absolutely no problem with any.

Like everyone in this thread, I got the same order confirmation email followed by the cancellation email, and after sweating it out untill 8/8 I finaly got my cc refunded. Then today, much to my surprise I got an email from Eric Stockton the CEO of EMS Computing. Had his ext.# and an invitation to call and let him handle this personaly so I decided to call and vent some. He agreed the whole mess was their fault and completly unexcusable and offered to honor the originl deal including the free shipping. He said he was getting in touch with everyone who had had a problem and was offering to make good. Funny thing was tho the ext number in the email was incorrect. (seems pretty typical for this Co. now). Fortunatly I remembered that someone on resellerrateing.com had posted their number and Eric Stocktons ext. I tried it and low and behold he actually answered. for anyone interested the number is (352) 374-8400 ext 2353. I'm not recomending that anyone do business with EMS Computing ever again, but if you still want the original deal or you just want to call and vent, here's your chance.
