Yeah these bastards denied my rebate for $10 for the Antec Cases because they said it was "received" after the deadline even though I sent the damn things 14 days before the deadline. I submitted a complaint to the BBB, you should too.

I purchased 3 Antec SX830 Cases with my roomate and father from Outpost.com on 5/3/02 with $10 rebates on each. All 3 rebates were sent out on 5/13/02 and on the rebate form it says they must be postmarked within 15 days of purchase (5/18/02 for me). They were all sent out on time per my records and my scanned image of the filled out rebate form, however the rebate to myself (Atul Gupta) and to my roomate (Setul Patel) were denied because they "say" my submissions were 2 days late. My father, whose rebate I sent out myself along with the other 2, however, did receive his rebate. Usually with rebates proof is given that the items were late, such as sending the envelope and contents BACK to the person with the circled post-marked date. This company however does not do that and its just "on their honor" that the rebate was late. I have looked online and there are NUMEROUS complaints about denied rebates from this company and it seems that their actions are quite a bit shady. I have submitted over $3000 in rebates in the past 2 years and have not had any problem until now. I would like $20 in compensation from this company for my 2 supposedly denied rebate checks OR I would like proof that my rebates were in fact postmarked late. Thank you for your help.
