Android on what? Android is software, it can't lag on its own.
Lol, sure it can. Software can be laggy independent of device.

is anyone else frustrated with so many incarnations of the s4. mini, active, camera, lte-a, lte-c etc etc. So much for simplicity
Actually, it was 640KB not 4, and it never had a solid evidence that Bill Gates said that!Bill gates once said nobody NEEDED more than 4KB (that's right kids) of RAM

Tried the S4 yesterday while a friend was getting one and both the display model and my friend's new S4 were lag-free. I am sure you can find instances where there are lags but compared to what I've seen at the time of release, it's remarkably smoother.

I never get lag on my Galaxy S4.
Snapdragon 600 @ 1.9GHz is a beast.
The S4 Pro is pretty fast, and don't confuse the XFone with the mysterious flagaship yet to be named.i hope moto x has the 800, s4 pro isnt going to cut it with all the new phones coming out
