I thought about that but is it really worth it? Screen size is about the same, the CPU is slightly slower. Beyond NFC and higher res, what is the point? You end up /w higher pricing for a pretty similar phone. I actually am happy it doesn't have more as these specs helped me go hmm ok thats not that huge and I can live /w my E4GT until the next "big" release which will probably be quad core.
Well, I thought about it. And for me, it would be a pretty good move. Currently on Sprint with my girlfriend, but she's sick of her BlackBerry, and has decided she doesn't need a smartphone, and would do just fine with a $45/mo all you can eat Straight Talk phone. So she's going to cancel her line and pay the $70 ETF to get out of it. I'm also kind of sick of Sprint's 3G in my area as well, and would
love to be back on VZW. I could cancel, pay the huge ETF, but then turn around and sell my Epic 4G Touch and break even, or possibly make some cash. My father, mother, and sister are on a VZW plan with a corporate discount, and he said he'd simply add a line to the family plan if I wanted.
I've never owned a Nexus device, and this one looks too damn good. I would love to be running ICS on that beast when it hits.
