This is a decent deal. However, Newegg has this for $31.84 shipped . About $1 more, depending on your tax rate, but with newegg you will get it in about 3 days, vs. buy.com, which will take anywhere from 5 days to 3 weeks.

Just a FYI - I saw these in Staples today for $34.94 less a $10 ez rebate. I bought the 512 MB for $49.94 less the $10 rebate. Had to pay tax. Should wind up costing me $41.xx
