I have a 64 GB Sandisk Cruzer USB drive. Recently when I tried to login to view my files via Sandisk SecureAccess I received the following message: Invalid Archive.
When I went to the screen that normally shows my files, it said "This vault could not be located, it may be located on another computer or the original vault file has been manually removed."
I'm not sure how to access my files; My computer is showing that there are files on the computer, and when I check the "vault" it shows encrypted items. I considered upgrading to EncryptStick but since I didn't back up my data on the USB drive I'm doubtful that would help.
I'm also not sure if I could get another Sandisk Cruzer USB drive and xfer the encrypted items to there after setting up another 'vault'.
