I hate Sapphire RMA. I'm in Canada and dealt with Althon Micro in California years ago when my 9800SE 128MB 256-bit died. Had to pay both way shipping and I wrote in the e-mail, the RMA paperwork and a piece of paper attached to the dead card that I want a 256-bit model back, not the 128-bit model.
Low and behold, I got the 128-bit model back. I had to ship it back on my cost and they paid for shipping the correct 256-bit model back to me. Just retired it and it's sitting here on my desk at work right now.
I was lucky that my company had a PO box in the US and we regular shipped / received from that box. Saved me a bit of shipping money.
I swear I will never buy a new Sapphire card again.
