omg, lol I spent a good chunk of new year's watching it with my roommate
Phase 1... kinda like a less funny version of MXC.
Phase 2 - Pretty damn intense... some of the stuff they have to do is crazy
Phase 3 - OMG. The fact that there is no time limit should tell you all you need to know. Watching guys get all the way through the course only to fail to get on the platform at the end is damn near heart breaking
Phase 4 - Hello Ninja's, jeez, a vertical climb then climb up a rope, that's so crazy.
Phase 1 is lower body, agility, can you life your weight kinda tests it seems.
Phase 2 is more of the same on a tougher scale
Phase 3 it seems like pure strength, agility. If you can control your body you can get through it pretty smooth, but if you're strong enough you can try brute forcing it..
phase 4 is just omgwtfbbq.
