Sata Raid or ICH5R Raid

Which one would be better for installing raid to.
My new motherboard has both, new to raid so which one is recomended, any benefits one way or the other.

I just read a good review but I can't remember where it was right now (if I think of where it was I'll post back). Anyway the bottom line was that the onboard Intel performed the best. They where using the knew Raptor drive I believe.

Thanks I'll check it out. I have 2 raptors, just waiting for my mobo w/3.0 nothwood to arrive.
