Anyone who has ever rode one of these, the cars are designed so you sit really deep. I don't know how someone could fall from it unless they were standing up or hanging over the side.

Having worked in an amusement park in my yute, I know guests do stupid things that get themselves injured.

- Yeah, Im trying to figure out how the hell the coaster goes around those corners without ripping a hole in the fabric of space time. Doesn't look like the track is slanted, so the inner curve would be a shorter distance than the outer curve and just not compatible with physics as we understand them.

Based on the response from the park ownership though, this strikes me as a "through god anything is possible" crowd.

The funspot site lists the height requirement as 48", 42" with adult supervision. Disney used to have this same type of ride in their park. The restraints are pretty minimal, just a big lap bar.

This can spin fairly fast depending on how the car is weighted. I could see a kid who is 42" easily falling from the restraints if they squirm around. Wonder at what point he fell out. Incidentally, Disney had the 48" restriction only.

Huh? You've never seen this type of coaster? It's lateral angular acceleration, nothing special. Probably should have ridden with an adult because you can slide sideways on the seat and fall under the bar. I don't think six year old should be allowed to ride this alone.

It is a spinning wild mouse. The car freely spins starting about halfway into the ride. Usually it is not very fast, but if the car is very unbalanced it can start to spin relatively fast (nothing like the spin on a teacup ride though).
