Hulu is partially owned by Comcast (and other major cable/satellite providers IIRC). Please consider dropping them if you really want to change what comes on your TV.

Did you see this ad on Hulu+? I've had it for quite a while and i haven't seen any ads. I haven't been watching it much for the last few months because I can't find that much to watch anymore. If I see any ads I will cancel my account. Not to go too off topic, but this kind of crap is happening on Youtube too. I pay by the month to have an ad free experience, but video creators are inserting ads of their own now. If they aren't careful they will turn Youtube into network television.

I pay for the limited commercials plan and those generally aren't a big deal but I'd gotten used to not being exposed to all the "Bob Smith wants to kill your children. If you don't want your children to die vote for Susie Johnson. Paid for by the Bob Smith is a rapist SuperPAC" commercials. My snowflake bubble has been burst
