Let me start out by explaining that I turned off Transmit Intermediate blocks on 2 of my machines to see how it would effect my numbers (seeing if I could hold a dump), It dropped my production from 1100cems/sec to 400cems/sec like it should have. I then reenabled Transmit intermediate blocks on the two machines saved it and restarted. In 2 days it has not gone back up to 1100 cems/sec. Not sure what is wrong I have restarted both computers several times but they are not showing up in my stats. Any Ideas???

are results being transmitted properly according to their website? that is do you see your cems/sec fluctuating at all or is it just remaining at the same number?

log in to your account on the main seventeenorbust.com page and then go to preferences and check your "Pending Test Management" to make sure that you are indeed submitting results properly and that they are showing you still active on the tests. i dont know much about this project (having just started it last week) but that seems odd that your cems/sec doesnt move up or down at all and just remains the same.

As you can see by looking at my stats page, my numbers use to move up and down (like when I take my laptop to work), but after I turned off the transmit int blocks it took a big dive and never came back up.

ive been watching your account on this page and as of 45 minutes ago your Last Day cEMs/sec was 410.94 K and current it's at 398.105 K. so it is moving, at least according to that page.

The stats keeps a record of the average rate for the current k/n pair that you working on. So if you transporting your laptop to work with it off, then your rate in the stats will be lower because its an average. So if you get 800cem/s but its only on 12 hrs/day then your rate will show closer to 400cem/s.

It seems like every time I turn off auto-flush my cEM/s eventually goes to 0!

Edit: Come to think of it, it's not cEM/s, but time until completion. If that means anything.

I have noticed that the time it take to communicate with the sb server is a lot less recently so i have transmit intermediate blocks on. I think its the new server they have.
I think the only way to get a true representation of your current rate for all your machines (since you have 9 tests pending) is to turn on intermediate blocks on all of them.

I think I have it turned off right now, and I'm getting (*beep*quickly switches to Windows machine to check*beep*) ~490kcEMs/sec. But the time until completion has been acting wierd... It's been running like this for 35 hours.

My 24 hour user rate is now at 100cems/sec It should be at the very least 700+cems/sec as I have not used both my p3 800 or my Barton 2500 @ 2200. So why now is my 24 hour rate say 100 cems? (not even counting my p4 2.66ghz laptop.

Just by looking at the graph on your stats page it looks like you have 1 computer that is transmitting blocks with an average rate of around 100kcem/s. it also looks like there are several machines that are running but have transmitted any intermediate blocks in awhile. This is based on the small "towers" and "Dropoffs" on the graph. The graph would be even until a test is completed and I only see 1 test completed on your account so there must be a few computers that aren't transmitting intermediate blocks and the one (or more) that are have an average rate of 100kcem/s. Thats the average rate from when the test was assigned.
