did you try http://www.dslreports.com/forums/9 yet? There is also an official SBC support forum, called SBC Direct, where SBC techs are paid to help folks right via the forum.

A heck of a lot cheaper than Comcast thats for sure. I have had SBC DSL for about 2 years now and I get just as good service as I had with Comcast. The bonus is that it is cheap as heck! I love the price.
