I set my company up on a new Dell 2500 Power Edge Server with a preinstalled version of Microsoft Small Business Server. I had problems from day 1 with the server when it arrived from Dell with hardware problems outta the box. Anyhow, I updated the Exchange Server with MS released updates and the updates took down the Exchange Server. I called MS and they said that they would help me try to solve their problem if I pay them a $ 245.00 fee for tech support. Oh yea, I tried the Dell and they told me they could not assit me with a software issue after 30 days without paying a fee for support. How can companies like Dell and MS continue to do business without being responsible for their products?:disgust:::disgust:
