Here is the breakdown :
Everything was working fine in Windows 7.
User decides to upgrade to Windows 10.
Now the scan to desktop doesn't work via IP.
Is there anything I need to disable to get this working with the Windows 10?
I have tried disabling firewall but is there any other security settings that might need to be disabled?
Could it be possible that it might be a old SMB / firmware that is restricting connection?
