Canon CanoScan N650U USB Flatbed Scanner or HP Scanjet 3400Cse Flatbed Scanner?

they're both low priced scanners but all i really want to do is edit text i scan and maybe a picture here and there.

I've heard good things about the canoscan (i have the model up, the 1220U)

Haven't heard much about the HP though....

There's some good reviews out there, try some google keyword searches (if you haven't already)
