Blacks commit MORE hate crimes (officially classified as hate crimes by the FBI) than whites per capita. Look up the FBI data yourself. I've posted it many times on this forum and I'm tired.

There's no coverup. It's right there in the stats. Blacks are 10% of the population but commit 18% of hate crime.
Yes, if by terrorism you mean an excuse to enhance the sentence beyond what the already heinous act would justify without the buzzword attached to it.
