There are a lot of things you could do a lot easier than killing one million cats that WOULD save a human life but I bet you are not doing them...

But I bet you not one of them is as fun and entertaining as personally clubbing 1,000,000 cats to death.

Donating ten bucks to the Save-A-Child telephone hotline just doesn't compare.

Gawd damn you *effing* idiots are so *effing* stupid for christs sake! Gawd damn it a cat, horse, dog, fish, bunny, hamster, rat, mouse, non-human primate, etc, are NOT human. Take your anthropomorphic sh!t and shove it square up your collective hypocritical asses. Ever been to a hospital? If no, bitch all you want. If yes, STFU!

So you have NEVER received medical attention and never will. Good for you, now go die like the instigator that you are.

Wait I think I figured it out. That's not LSD. There is actually a television behind the camera that is set to loop episodes of "The View". NOW it's cruelty.

It's unfortunate they chose a cute housecat to experiment on, but the cat will likely suffer no terrible lasting impacts from the ordeal. I wonder if you would feel more or less pity for the Army soldiers who underwent similar experiments. I would guess less.

The cat is just having a bd trip and can't justify it's perception of reality with reality itself. I've been a shaking heap and, while it isn't much fun, it does eventually end and reality reasserts itself.

I wonder how many of these people who responded, "Oh this is so cruel!" eat meat. Oh noes, cats are domesticated! I hope they know that cows and pigs are smarter than cats in general.

Me? I found the video interesting.

Cats aren't the only thing they put on LSD back then...

An associate I used to have worked for the Navy and got to watch all this sort of stuff back in the 50s

Navy researchers and scientists coming up with things like this and experiments. Not very humane. Sad, but such was the process of science at the time. Don't think it didn't happen to people too...

This guy ended up with a brain tumor, but luckily was able to have it removed. But the smell of burned popcorn became dibilitating for him...which was kinda weird.

Any of you hippies ever stop to think the cat was having a good time?

I swear, the same bunch of you who cry about this video are the same ones that don't give two craps about something that actually is cruel.

All you people freaking out have no problem whatsoever eating cows that spent their lives in factory farm stalls, pumped full of antibiotics and force fed. If you really feel that bad for the cat, join PETA and stop being a hypocrite. Otherwise, shut up.

Animal testing in general is necessary to make advancements people take for granted.

And what advancement does putting a cat on lsd obtain?

Shens.

LSD wasn't illegal in 1957.
LSD subcultures did not exist yet in 1957.
LSD wasn't developed in the US, much less with government backing.
