Nice price on the Dell but, Costco's return policy is excellent, something I know I would consider when picking between the two

Contrast Ratios don't mean much; manufacturers don't observe the same testing standards and also inflate these numbers. It may be the case that these two LCDs share the same panel. Some research on google could confirm or deny that.

Say this at the B&M store, pretty nice price. I think instore policy is same as web ie they will take anything back as long as you have a receipt. If you have a B&M store nearby you can save on shipping.

My B&M had like 4 boxes because of space constraints and I think there were more in the back. Many people weren't buying them so it wasn't like they were flying off the shelves. This is in NJ btw.

I bought one of these today. Very nice LCD for the money, but I have a scuff on the screen. I also wish someone local sold the DVI to HDTV connector, or they would at least put one in the box! This thing is 1080i/1080p ready out of the box, and a connector is all I am lacking.

I'm probably going to grab one anyway. Costco has a great return policy and I can get the gateway instead if I don't like it.
