People need to calm down. This isn't a school dance since it's being held in an apartment building. Also it looks like a birthday party and what was recorded was a "dance off". They weren't dancing like that the whole time. The adult I'm sure thought it'd be funny if they emulated adult dancing. I also highly doubt it's even in the US. Phones with cameras exist in other countries as well. Everyone here was trolled by the title since it was meant to get a rise out of people.

I think I had the same shocked expression locked on my face for about a minute after watching that.
And people wonder why kids are having sex in their early teens. Promoting that behavior then probably forgetting to educate them to wrap it up when they actually do it. If I was a parent and I saw the school allowing that behavior, my kid would be pulled out the second after I laced into the principal and reported him/her to the district.
People have been married and having kids at young ages for thousands of years. Also European countries have more exposure to sex on tv yet don't have the problems we have.

I thought it sounded like some sort of french patois...maybe in Jamaica, Haiti, or somewhere in South America
