I mean the room likes like it is smaller than 14x20

also I'd say 99% of schools don't have dances until 6th grade or jr. high

meh, different cultures do things differently. they are just immitating what they see their parents and older brothers/sisters doing.

as others said it is probably in some hispanic country where dancing and music is something they grow up and start doing before they can even walk.

so yea, i don't really see a big deal at all about it. they probably have no clue they are even doing anything sexual and rather just think they are dancing like grown ups.

and no im not saying i would be okay with my kid doing that at that age, but i am saying different cultures mean different everything.
