Democratic leaders Sen. Chuck Schumer and Rep. Nancy Pelosi said following a Wednesday night meeting with President Donald Trump that they have "agreed" to a fix on DACA and resolved iron out a border-security plan -- "excluding" the US-Mexico border wall that was one of Trump's most memorable campaign promises

I'm so confused, am I supposed to hate Trump or not. Conservative guys is Trump doing the right thing?

Apparently the meeting only took about 20 minutes to come to a tentative agreement (this may be incorrect I just heard someone say this on fake news MSNBC but I just turned the TV on I may have misunderstood)

The WH denies this deal "White House Legislative Affairs Director Marc Short confirmed that the President and Democrats agreed to work to find a legislative fix for DACA, but he called Democrats' claim of a deal that would exclude wall funding "intentionally misleading." So much for Donald's beautiful wall. I'd just settle for a functional barrier to prevent unauthorized entry into our country.

One theory is he caved on the wall because he knows it's a dumb idea but Democrats will give a big boost to boarder security spending plus cut him some slack on tax reform.
Which on the surface sounds fair, everybody who came to the table got something other than Chinese food.

More important is his judicial picks, which appear to unfortunately be backed by Heritage Foundation and the Federalist Society. I doubt he'll change, but would be hilarious if he shifted on the next SC pick. McConnell has also just said recently to get rid of the blue slip tradition, so they can ram in these ultra right wing judges in.
