So I have this old computer that was a prebuilt(HP p6510y) and was slowly upgraded. There was a power surge 2 days ago and that's when the problems started. I get 2-3 second black screens when I open the browser or any other program. Opening CSS or GTA IV crashes the pc, CS 1.6 works fine. I ran Memtest86 for 16 passes (8 hours) and had no Errors. I downloaded Seagate Tools and HDTune to check the Hard drive and they both said good health and no bad sectors. Now I'm missing some other programs to test out my other hardware. Do any of you see anything wrong here? Everything should be stock. (would have used fraps but it would just crash the pc)
