The problem with motion capture is that it's good at getting the correct overall movement of limbs and joints but if you skimp on modeling the motion of muscle/fat/skin/clothing on top of the skeleton, the characters end up moving like big stick figures. Checkout the skin/clothing creases at joints and the cuffs of sleeves as hands rotate. Loose clothing is a alot harder to model, that's part of the reason spandex looks so good in cgi. Also the real stuff has some bounce
