The one where Dr. Cox calls JD a girls name!!!!!!

EDIT:

For a more serious reply...

That's one of my top favorite shows.

Hard to say which is the best one but the whole run there where Brandon Frasier was Dr. Cox's friend and fighting cancer, that was a pretty good one, just the way it all ended, was something.

Well....the one where Dr. Cox runs out of girls names to call JD is a funny one.

when he built his patio on his plot of land, hahaha.

and the episode where he was driving down on his scooter (sacha) and fell into a huge water puddle and ended up 25 or something feet down, HILAROUS.

There really isn't to many bad episodes of scrubs.

Although my favorite is the one where Cox and Kelso try to demoralize Dr. Molly Clock (Heather Graham) and Elliot is sleeping with JD's Brother. Classic episode.

Dr. Cox: Thanks to your little gesture, she actually believes that the Earth is full of people who are deep down filled with kindness and caring!
Dr. Kelso: Well that's absurd, people are bastard coated bastards with bastard filling.
Dr. Cox: Exactly!

Word. If you've watched the bulk of the episodes to that point, it was a more affecting episode than many 'drama' shows on tv.

I like the one where they fire Cabbage, the intern, and at the end he gives that old woman deadly germs or bacteria. Its the episode with the green blobs being passed around through the hospital. They picked a good ending song for that episode

Yha, that one and the organ transplant one I referenced are generally considered as the two 'high point' episodes for the series...

Sometimes I think the show would be better as a drama, but either way it's my favorite show on television. I'm wondering how they end it all....I think Dr. Cox has to finally let JD go and become the doctor he has the potential to become, realizing that JD is a better doctor than he (dr. cox) could ever be because of how JD can connect on an emotional level with his patients, while cox is emotionally dead

My eyes actually almost watered up at the end of that episode. Ive missed much of the last two seasons, so i'll have to get them on DVD.

If it was a drama, it would get lost in the pack with ER and Grey's Anatomy...the fact that it's a sitcom leaves it open enough to do anything they want, even the occasional drama. In that respect, it's a lot like Futurama, except that it's popular and still on TV.

Great show. And my favorite(s) are the epppisodes with Brandon Frazier, but I haven't seen past season 4 or so. Whatever they have out on DVD is what I have.

TBH I like the ones where you see Kelso as human. Like when he can "let go" when he exits the bldg or when dealing with the vet. Just makes some of his other bits even better.

Rowdy is my favorite character
