SCSI HELP...

Hey all,

I have a scsi 80pin 68 pin and 50 pin adapter, model number XPL-065-C.
I seem to have lost my paper work on it.
As in I lost the settings for the termination block.

I am hooking up a couple of IBM Ultrastar 18gig 10krpm drives.

I have done a little searching in cyber space and have not been able to find anything of
any help.. I did find a Ukranian site.. but alas I do not read Ukranian..

Any help would be appreciated.

I hope you're hooking those beauties to a wide LVD host adapter! I'd be very disappointed to hear about their being connected to a narrow SE host adapter - though it can be done, it would be an abomination - Frankenscuzzy...
. Most of the 3-way converters like the one you have won't work with LVD drives anyway. You will need to get an LVD compatible converter.
. I've found the best price for those on eBay - search on- LVD SCA -. The ones I've gotten from 'yoozinha' are very good. Also you can look on HyperMicro for a good assortment and descriptions of converters/adapters for all configs of SCSI. If you really need to go to 50 pin, you will need a 68-50 pin adapter too. You can probably find them on eBay as well - for sure at hypermicro.

I am using an asus ultra wide controller..
I was hoping someone could pull a scsi out of a hat but.........
