This is a great O/S & storage drive, I bought one of these a year or so ago (for a hundo - thought it was a good deal then) and have since been through 3 maxtors - all of which hav ebeen RMA'd w/no problems. I really would like another but want to build a system w/SATA II.
This drive is fast and I probably wouldn't notice a big difference.
