I think they have gotten much better after all the flak they have been getting about bad rebate handling for the past 3 years!

I have only use their rebates 2 times in the recent past (got my rebate checks in reasonable amount of time) & waiting for 2 more.

Tiger doesn't deserve its low rep... Plus, there aren't many resellers that send you a monthly magazine full of computer hardware that makes for an entertaining read while taking a crap..
