been waiting for a deal like this....in the middle of ordering & creating an account the website crashed.....called a number that I found in one of the posts @ the reseller ratings site.......reached the company who put me on hold for a few minutes and then a gentleman came on & asked me what I was looking to purchase...told him some hard drives but that their website was down and he explained they were in the process of resetting their server....he then asked where I was calling from....told him NY and he stated that he was sorry but that they do not ship out of state.....he said they only shipped within the state of Washington...asked him if this was their normal policy and he said yes..........Wow

few words of advice.

at this rate, they'd be losing money to sell these.
so... not that i'm trashing the possibility of this great deal...
but i'd be very careful.

while i recommend seagate drives to all my customers,
when in hd raid with 3ware cards, wd drives seem to work better.

yeah I found out about this deal from a deal that was posted in feb for this same drive at 120 thats the only reason I thought it might be legit but yeah I'm glad I didn't pull the trigger
