Anyone excited about these? I'll replace my annoying Caviar Black once a 32mb cache version comes out and is around $50.

I'm interested but worried about Seagate's track record when it comes to noise.

I want the single platter 500GB 32mb cache. 1TB is too much for me to use as a desktop drive but it will make a good storage drive that I don't have to listen to.
There is a 16mb cache 500GB although it's too expensive: http://www.newegg.com/Product/...x?Item=N82E16822148377

The model number of this drive is actually the new SINGLE Platter version.
