Just a heads up. I called Seagate shop support and finally got through (30 minutes on hold or so). I asked why my order was still in process and was basically told their system was overwhelmed and they received too many orders. Everyone should find out in the next 24 hours whether or not they will get theirs. I asked if I was going to be one of the people who will not be receiving their hard drive and he did not know. If you don't get one shipped to you, there will be something sent in an email to make up for the error. The guy basically said this was the first time this has ever happened and that he didn't know what was going to be sent out. I'm thinking a coupon.....
