I've been having a problem with them for my $60 rebate from a 200GB HD I bought. First on the site it said my rebate was valid and scheduled for processing. It said this for a few weeks until all of the sudden it changed "invalid serial number." I called them up and gave them my serial number and they told me my serial was in fact valid and it would be fixed, but the status on the website never changed. A few days later I called back and gave them the serial number again. This time the guy said he was having trouble validating it and that it would be escalated to a "higher department." He told me that regardless of whether they are able to fix it or not, I would be contacted within 10 days. Of course, after 10 days it still wasn't fixed and I hadn't heard a word either. So I called up again, told them that this was my third time calling, gave them the serial, and now it looks like it is finally fixed. It now shows up as valid on the website. These people are pretty much criminals.
