You check NewEgg? And yes I realize it's out of stock, but it is at Frontier too

I can buy one for you from Anitec and ship it, for a price though..

Yes, I can read

I just don't think there should be much of a difference if the PSU is of decent to good quality.

You're making the assumption that I'm a normal user and using it under normal conditions.

My workstation has 4 PSUs in it.

two 18A rails vs one 34A rail... so ummm that's pretty close there.

And I will be running 4-cpus when Italy Opterons arrive.

And I just bought my 400W Super Tornado from Anitec a month ago

I knew the S12 was going to come out, but I didn't think it'd be that soon! I probably wouldn't have wanted to spend that much money though

And what happens when one rail needs more than 18A? It can't borrow from the other.
That's why so many people have beeen having problems with dual rail power supplies and high end equipment.

A lot of the work I do is NDAed w/ no expiration. A lot of EPC Technical drawings, and instructional/educational video renderings. I've done stuff for Boeing that has an infinite NDA. Last 2 years I did a lot of freelance work for games. I provided models for Stardock's engine demo for Master of Magic II for Atari. I dunno if they got the approval or not, but I couldn't stand it, so I quit. If you see the Acura RSX Type S commerical w/ Alec Empire's - The Ride, my work is in it. I think my art usually sucks and always request my name be stricken from the credits. Some of my stuff can be found on Erowid. I have a deviant art page, but haven't even looked at it in over a year.

Anyway, that wasn't the point of this thread... I know people with dual G5s that can't even draw a stick man.

Dug -- it's called a rectifier/diode array, 16v 500mfd+ capacitor, and 1A dummy load.

I guess since I can't obtain the s12-600 I'll just be getting a Turbo-Cool 850 ETX or a Zippy PSA-6701P-SATA

So this allows one rail to borrow from the other. That goes against everything I have read about dual rail power supplies. Or is this just a feature of the Seasonic?

Edit: never mind- you're customizing the output yourself.

Canada doesn't have any people (relatively) - easier to meet market demand while production ramps up for the larger markets...
