You get more per point with Stamina than you do with the missions. A fight will get you 1xp if you lose and more if you win. COmbine that with good weapons and lots of attack rating and you'll win far more than you lose.

Missions are important too though since you get item drops and things from there.

A good mix is good but then I'd leave off the psy/phy and go stamina/attack once you get up a bit.

So are we all pretty much just hitting each other at will? I just got brought down to 15HP by Grohl. Got a good amount of money from me too. I don't usually have any on hand, but he caught me as I was taking money out of my stash and buying upgrades.

Unfortunately there's no easy way to figure out who is who in the game. Other games don't let you attack people that you're allied with but Sect doesn't stop that.

I already apologized to a few people. All I do is go to the Fight screen and go down the list hitting everyone that shows up once. If any of those people give me a lot of cash, then I hit them a few more times...

So sorry in advance to anyone I hit.

ATOT players are pretty fresh in my head, since I have to add them all to the OP.

I usually don't mind being hit at all, because I keep all my money stashed, so it usually translates into free XP for me.

That's the same method I use, I don't really pay attention to names. It's not gonna hurt my feelings if I get attacked by any other ATOTers, and I hope vice versa.

Also, for anyone wondering - I am blink. I time-machined my Aflac account and didn't realize it would delete everything, so I abandoned it and started a new character. The 25 levels or so of experience helped a lot to fix my early build and know what to do, though.

yeah, sorry bout that mate.

Saw you hit me back...so I hit you back again...its just a game and I'm having fun. Don't mind if anyone attacks me, kinda cool to see where who's got what attack/defense.

No worries. I didn't mean to kill you though, and I definitely won't hit you again.

It's not as easy as it used to be. 140-160 or so used to be common for me. I find that with the latest update to +/- 12 levels in your range, it's harder for me to get kills, at my level, anyway. Of course, it depends a lot on the time I log in, if I do at all. I've been slacking the last couple of days as I've been busy at work. I think there was a week or so where I was number 1 or 2 each day for Odin. I'm just going after monies, really, and testing if the total number of first sacrifices gets a better amulet.

as for my stats, I haven't bumped up my stamina in a long time. It's been sitting at 75 for a while. I ignored attack/defense for many levels as I was focusing on energy for some reason (much faster for leveling earlier on.

attack: 221
defense: 71
health: 142
stamina: 75
physical: 100
psychical: 100

Atk: 50,214
Def: 17,702

Just about everything has gone into attack/def at ~10:1 per level for the last 50 levels.
putting points into attack wasn't doing much of anything early on. but, the more sectants added and the better the items (and total number), incrementally increases the rate at which 1 skill point will increase your overall attack. I think early on, it was 1 pt =5 attack or so. now 1 point is giving me close to 200 in attack.

I remember reading that the total points you put into attack = some percentage increase in your combined attack power. don't know the numbers exactly, so it makes sense that the rate keeps getting larger

I was at ~46k attack yesterday. Spent about 12 million to get up to 49.5k, lol. bought 2 air processing plants (64k income) and enough laserpointers, burn-proof suits, and many more RPKs to cover that income.

I think I had 38million stashed away at that point. now back up to 31million.

If I had to do it over:

~75 phys/psyc

++ attack
+defense

- HP. I find that the lower the HP--the less potential cash you can lose while away. Then again, I don't really maintain income, so....

one reason I haven't been increasing income is that I've discovered that by the time I've used nearly half of my attacks each reset, all the good targets are dead...so it's just minimally beneficial attacks for quite some time. Again, depends on the time of log-in.

Most of you guys should be getting close to that kwukyuk guy or whatever his name is. I'm pretty sure he's inactive, and generally good for an easy 100-300k per hit iirc.

OH--and of course, I'd be a contractor. Only reason I haven't switched is I'm still thinking the classes my be rebalanced at some point. As it stands, there is absolutely no use for Fighter/Psyonic, and minimal use for Landlord, it seems. The quicker rate of income only means that you earn money at a somewhat slower pace than a contractor, who earns it through attacking. I will res-pec/switch to contractor at some point, I suppose...

Woot! Odin wins! ...only the second time I've seen it.

Income 15% faster...maybe I should dump 25mil into that portal?

I'm tempted to reset my char as a contractor, or a fighter. Right now I'm a landlord. Is there any real benefit to being a landlord?

none that I can think of--unless you prefer to toss money into a big-ass wall so you can sit around collecting income a wee bit faster than everyone else.

the only worthwhile class right now seems to be contractor. I think half the members switched over once they made that feature available.

However, getting experience from both means I'm putting both on an equal level... do I gain some advantage if I keep dumping into stamina instead of missions? Or should I be the quest guy? Iono.

missions is good for quick leveling early on. later missions give much higher cash, but still pales to the amount you can get from attacking. the speed of leveling slows significantly (well, I stopped at 100 for phys/psy, so I never kept up with the energy demands of later missions).

Good thing about missions: M1, M2 items. I tend to focus on those as they help to reduce upkeep, especially early on when it can be slow in overcoming.

If you had to focus on fighting stat, go with attack. Most people in this game are turtles, at least the earlier players are. So, they tend to have relaly high defense (there's a guy in my range at 150k, lol)

As I am attacking, I am finding that anybody that gives me 1k+ a hit is fairly common and I will usually drain them and kill them.

I am finding more people that are giving 2k-5k and those I definitely keep track of in their own tab.

Biggest yet I have found was just a few minutes ago I nailed a guy for 25k and down to around 10-15k a hit towards the end.

Level 40 for me, not sure if those are numbers I should be going for or if I should ignore the 1k guys and keep searching for people with much higher value per hit.

I usually make sure I kill somebody when I attack them. It doesn't really do anything negative beyond the loss of coins and the need to heal back from 0 hp.

You can get pretty decent loot from the loot box by sacrificing 10 kills. You can only get the loot box once a day, and your kills reset every day also.

The total kills sacrificed to the gods are ranked and the winning god at the end of the day grants a bonus for the next day.

In other words, no I don't find it evil. It's a good thing.

certainly not. especially if they're dropping 5, 10, 20k+ per hit.

attacking until dead is not the best way to get kills if that's your goal. Kills are best obtained as a one-hit deal. I tend to refresh the attack page over and over until the ones I know will be one-hit kills pop up. They are also usually the ones dropping great coin.

and yeah, 25k is decent even at level 142. I've gotten to the point where I'll multi-attack if I get 4k or more, until it drops below 1k. I've got a decent percentage that drop 10-30k, a few less than that can be relied on for 100-800k (always one-hitters), and at least 2 that are guaranteed 1-4 million--my current best is 3.5million..several times a day, lol). That will all change once I get into Madhat's range, though.

I have noticed now that I am focusing more on finding the bigger money bags that I get only 1 or 2 hits and they are dead or un-attackable. It does boost the kill total quite nicely.

Before I was having to make sure I did enough to get the 10ish kills for the loot box, now I am getting 25+ without even trying.

I have basically been dropping 2 stat points in stam (+1 stam), one in physical and one in psy every level. I try to dump mission XP into stam. I'm up to about 70 of each and I think I'm going to focus more on stam now...

Don't ignore missions, the items are upkeep free.

If your goal is to just rack up the kills, here's what I used to do.

Open up the fight screen and just attack everyone until they are dead or you run out of stamina. Then as you get stamina back, go down the list and attack the same people over again. Some will still be too low but some will be just over the limit and you can one shot them. Just keep doing that and as your stamina comes back you'll get more kills.

Just be sure to NEVER refresh that screen or go to the stash or anything. Open up another tab to do other things and just come back to the first tab to attack people more and more during the day.

Maybe I'll try that today and see how many I can get...

Exactly what I do.

You have to wait till they are 10 HP, so if you kill somebody who gives you some good coin, you just wait the right amount of time and nail them again after they have regen'd.

Instead of doing one tab, I usually still make sure I find people that drop decent coin, and I might have 5-10 tabs with only 1 or 2 people on each that I try to attack over and over.

I only load up an extra tab if I see the 1 or 2 people worth hitting ($$$$)

otherwise, attacking people who give nothing just for the sake of killing wastes stamina, any time you do it, in my experience. spend some time refreshing the page and pay attention to the list each time. Those that show up rarely are just coming up to 10 hp. no point in wasting your stamina to get them to that point.
