Secure Folder Software with Dropbox

I am trying to find some software which will secure folders on our system (and be secure on dropbox), we will have about 250 folders (one for each user) each will need to have their own password protected folder.

I have been told about truecrypt but it is a lot of messing about having to mount drives for each user.

It has to be stupid proof and very easy to use as the people who will be in charge of it have limited IT knowledge.

Ideally what would be good is if a folder could be clicked on you enter a password and you have access then if you click another folder the first folder is locked and you have to enter another password to open the second folder.

I've only read about it and haven't used it yet.
