I'm usually the first one to criticize a company when things go wrong, but I have to say, it's been my experience that Amazon.com is as good as it gets when it comes to customer services. THey ship things faster than ANYBODY (regularly same day), tracking is top notch, and the customer service is usually great. In this case, they screwed up. Whenever they've screwed up with me, they've gone out of their way to make it right (free shipping, gift certificates, stuff like that.)
So I'm saying it sucks that this happened, but Amazon is still way ahead you compare them with the rest of the field.
