so ive gone through ksc-35, px200, and porta pro. ive heard these a few times before, and wasnt impressed.... at all. alot of people seems to like them, though (headroom.com recommended), so they might work for you.

plus, this is a really really great price so you can always unload on ebay if you want. i bought a pair for that reason..maybe ill like them this time around

the 457's aren't closed, and the 497's are much better. if you want closed cans, get the px200's or hd280's from ecost.com.

these headphones are great, i'll get 580 or 590 later, those cost 4x more though.

atleast for big headed people like me the headphones need stretching, just put them over a basketball or something for a while. they are certainly tops for this price catagory.

They are auto-ajusting in terms of width, and have a nice height adjustment.

I have a huge head (size 8), and normal size ears, they are very comfortable. If you have a very WIDE head or massive ears, you might have problems with them.
