Anyone? They kind of look like the over the ear kind, but they also look like they might press against the ear.

They are not fully over the ear. But the cushion is good enough to not make that big a difference imho. With them on and a game or music playing you cannot hear much if anything going on in the outside world.

They fit on your ear (unlike, say, the HD497s that fit over the ear)...if you wear glasses, they are likely to be uncomfortable for you until you learn creative (sort of) ways of wearing them (I own both these and the HD497s ... the latter are WAY better; the only reason to get the PC150s is for the mic/volume control...if you want good headphones get the HD497s; you could also get the HD212s if you want bass more than sound quality, but I prefer the HD497s...YMMV).

Yeah my logitech's press against my ears (as opposed to around my ears) and it hurts like hell after a few hours of CS. I'm wondering if these would be worth it. I wish a local store had them so i could try em out.

ahh...the amazon site has a lot of reviews saying that these too will hurt your ears after extended wear.

These are great and have never hurt my ears. I have had mine for over a year and would highly recommend them. I have worn them for some long nights of WoW (MC runs and the like) and never had an issue with sound quality or too much ear pressure.

I have these cans and mic and either I got a bum set or they aren't that great but I don't like them as far as sound goes. They do fine for gaming but for music, have another set laying around. I have my Senn. HD497s for music and these for ventrilo.

Just got mine. I'm so angry I didn't order 2 pairs. These are very comfortable compaired to my pair of Logitec's. Sound is on par with what you would expect from Sennheiser (fantastic).

I would definately recommend these. It's like wearing a pillow on your head.

I have a friend that has the 555's, they suuuuuuweeeeet. My prob is if I'm using headphones 95% I need a mic so this is the best thing since sliced bread for me.

DJ, pick em up if you can afford em, you won't be dissapointed.

I'd go with the HD497s if you only plan to listen to them (or if you plan to use a separate mic). They are more comfortable and sound a whole hell of a lot better.

If you want an integrated mic/headphone then the PC150 is a good way to go for the price.
