I was looking for a portable high quality headphone for my mp3 player(an iPaq actually).
I found Sennheiser PX-200 Collapsible Stereo Headphone Portable Headphones on amazon.com. It can be folded and packed into their rugged transport case.
It's $50 on amazon.com. But luckily, I found it at ecost.com for only $35 with free shipping! I am CA, and there is sales tax.

Sennhiesers are amazing from my experience, I just recently bought their HD 280 Pro's @ etronics for 75.99 (retail is 199.95)+ 7.99 S&H (from NYC)+ no tax in Oregon, and they are by far the best headphones I have ever used although I wouldn't go as far as saying the best but for 79.95 they are an amazing investment. I would reccomend buying any of the products they offer.

I have the EH2270's and they pwn! So much bass and you hear every little detail no matter how minute or quiet. They are amazing headphones...A testament to German engineering.

For those interested buying this, you might want to read the reviews on amazon.com. Many reviews I have read talk about this headphone needs some "breaking in". As odd as that may sound.. people say initially the headphone gives out flat bass.. after you use it for a couple of hours, it actually sound better! more so, after a few days..

i got the portapros for over a month now

sounds great, very good bass, doesnt hurt the ears after wearing it for a long period of time (the side cusions help relieve pressure on the ears), and lifetime warrenty

someone said PortaPro is a bit heavy on the bass, but some people like it.

Sennheiser's are good stuff. And that's a great price. I paid $42 shipped a month ago for them at Amazon.

I own the HD497, HD212Pro, EH2200, HD470, and PX200's.
The PX200's are BY FAR the most comfortable headphones while not compromising quality sound. I can have these on for 4 hours straight (with glasses) without hurting my ears and giving me a headache.

In order of comfort:

EH2200
HD497
HD212
HD470

In order or sound quality:
HD212 <-- big surprise
HD497

You can have your volume all the way up and no one will be able to hear it.

I own these. I got them to replace my iRiver ear buds and I've been VERY VERY happy with them. The sound is great and the carrying case is rugged and convenient.

I had a pair of koss headphones that i really liked a couple years ago. Looked just like those ones someone linked too, problem was they were not durable at all. After a month of having them they were broken in 2 places.
