Did you find any Obama budget numbers that didn't match the budget numbers voted on in the Senate?

Oh the numbers matched there were just zero specifics like the president budget had.

If you have $100 and your wife says, "we will buy 5 apples, 2 onions, 1 gallon of milk, 6 pounds of ground beef, for a total of $30 for food. We will then buy 1 bottle of bleach, 6 light bulbs and a 50 pack of garbage bags for a total of $30...etc". It's not the same as saying, "we have a $100 for our budget, $30 for food and $30 for misc...etc".

So yeah the numbers were the same but it wasn't a budget.

He's had multiple attempts to reach an agreement with the Republicans, but no.

He is a failed leader. He hasn't any idea of how to lead the country forward. Worse, the country is foundering underneath his regime.

His legacy will be worse than Jimmy Carter. The country is perhaps laid bare.

That's incorrect. I don't have the specifics in front of me but one budget was called Obamas budget but it was so vague it was pointless, another budget was considered DOA because Obama already had a different budget on the table.

The issue is the minority currently rules, republicans have learned that they will either get their way or nothing will happen. When compromising in Washington isn't an option then we have problems. This country was built on compromise and has moved forward because of compromises and now we are stuck.

To say that the "minority currently rules" is incorrect.

It's up to Harry Reid whether to vote on a budget or not, or which one to vote on. There is no filibuster for a budget.

It's up to Harry Reid whether to vote on a budget or not, or which one to vote on. There is no filibuster for a budget.

I was referring to the overall scheme of things, not just the budget.
