Is it possible to run both a serial and a ide drive on the same board. The price of the WD360 Raptor has come down and was wanting to get it and use my IDE drive for extra space. Any clues??
yes you can use both SATA and IDE drives at the same time. I bought my first Raptor and had my WD 80gb SE hooked up still for storage. You just have to make sure that you have it hooked up when you install windows on the raptor, or else it will mess everything up when you hook it up after the OS is installed.
